Founder & Partner
David founded Harary Law nearly 45 years ago with one guiding principle- to serve the client’s best interest. That same principle is now the firm’s standard. David approaches every case with passion for victory and compassion for the client’s needs.
Through four decades of legal experience, he has developed an expertise in many areas of the law including Immigration, Criminal Defense, Real Estate, and Personal Injury. He is fluent in five languages and warmly welcomes all new clients.

Charles D. Harary
Partner
Charles spent the last several years working for various city agencies including the Richmond County District Attorney's Office, Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, Office of Professional Medical Conduct and the Department of Buildings
Charles has dedicated his entire legal career towards understanding government operations, especially in New York City. His goal is to help individuals and businesses avoid legal conflict.
